Disability parking permitTurn this on if you have the NYC disability parking permit (the city’s placard). Meters, No Parking zones, authorized-vehicle spaces and truck loading zones that it covers will show as free.
The permit doesn’t cover No Standing, No Stopping, bus stops, taxi stands, hotel loading zones, hydrants, driveways or crosswalks. A New York State hang tag isn’t valid for street parking in NYC. Display the permit on the dashboard.

Intelligent NYC Street Parking
Super Park explains what the city’s street rules mean for your car on every block. It covers Manhattan for now.
Park
Each curb is colored by what a regular car can do there at the time you pick. Tap a curb to see whether you can park, for how long, what a ticket costs and the next 7 days, with the signs in plain English.
The chance of a ticket
The app estimates how often traffic agents walk past each curb at each hour, from Manhattan tickets written from . Where hardly anyone parks, it uses the facing curb and the next blocks. The estimates were tested on days they never saw. They are estimates from past tickets, and the past can’t predict every day. An agent can change their route at any time, so even a low chance can end in a ticket. Super Park shows these chances so you understand the risk of a rule. It doesn’t recommend parking where it isn’t allowed, and it isn’t responsible for tickets.
Ticket hot spots, marked on the map with a red !, are the 5% of blocks with the most tickets for each rule since .
PRO The chance of a ticket and move-my-car reminders are Pro features. They’re free for early access.
Drive
Drive shows bus lanes, traffic cameras, congestion toll entries and closed streets. A red bus lane is for buses only at the time you pick, and a blue one is open to everyone. Each camera shows how many tickets it has written since .
Search
Search finds addresses, streets, restaurants and places like museums, schools and hospitals. If the app can’t place an address itself, it asks the city’s free GeoSearch service. Check my plate sends the plate you type to the city’s open data service. Nothing else you type leaves your phone. Privacy policy
Where the data comes from
The rules come from NYC DOT’s record of parking signs, placed on the city’s street map. Ticket amounts come from the Department of Finance, and some are lower above 96th St. Meter zones and rates come from ParkNYC, and holidays from DOT’s alternate side parking calendar. Days the city suspends street cleaning for snow or an emergency come from NYC 311, checked every half hour while the app is open.
Addresses come from the city’s address points, restaurants from the Health Department’s inspections, and places from the city’s CommonPlace list. Closed streets come from construction permits, street events and NYC DOT’s Open Streets map, loaded each time you open the app. Toll prices come from the MTA.
Super Park is a guide, not a guarantee. The city changes signs often, its records can lag behind the street, and temporary signs for construction, filming or events aren’t included, so the app can’t always be up to date. Where it isn’t sure, it says so, but it can still be wrong. When the map and the posted signs disagree, follow the signs.
You’re responsible for where you park. Super Park isn’t responsible for tickets, towing or any other cost, even when you follow the app. It isn’t affiliated with the City of New York.
